Lent Collection for CAFOD
In our raffle for CAFOD during Lent we raised well over £300! This is a fantastic achievement and is testament to the generosity of our families and children. Pictured below are all the children who won raffle prizes. Every child in the school also took home a creme egg and a little prize.

Collective Worship
This term, we invited our parents to take part in a Collective Worship with their children. It was fantastic to have so many parents support their children and we thank everyone for participating so respectfully and reverently.

Slow down for Bobby
The 13th March would have been Bobby Colleran’s 10th birthday. Tragically, Bobby was knocked down by a van on his way home from school in Liverpool 4 years ago and died from his injuries. The Bobby Colleran Trust has been set up in his memory to promote road safety and awareness in schools. At St. Hugh’s, we had a ‘Wear Blue for Bobby’ day and raised over £120. Thank you to everyone who donated.
Toy Sale
Some classes held a toy sale to raise money for CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development). They raised nearly £50. A big thank you to our very generous children and families.
